Wayne Osbaldeston
Wayne “O” was born on a farm near Vermillion and grew up in Alberta. He remembers listening to his father, brothers, uncles, and grandfather playing and singing all the good old time country music. In 2005 he got passionate about entertaining and singing songs from the past with guitar, and keyboard. He now entertains young and old at over 100 facilities in Edmonton and area. Wayne has the ability to put a smile on your face and a tear in your eye.
Wayne has entertained in the USA and at the following Alberta venues:
· Alberta Men and Women of Country Music.
· University of Alberta that included Premier Stelmach and Mayor Mandell.
· Stony Plain Cowboy Poetry, Music & Art Gathering
· Pioneer Restaurant
· CKUA Radio and CFRN TV
· Emcee for Senior Star Show and Opening act in 2007, 2008, 2009 and is booked again for 2010.
· Wedding Anniversary Parties
· New Years Eve Dances
· Rainbow Corral in Wetaskiwin
· Camrose Country Music
· Emcee and Guest Artist for “Jackson Presents”
Wayne produced his first CD entitled “Bowl of Cherries” in 2006.
Wayne O has entertained to help raise money for the following charities:
· Water For Life In Africa
· Ronald MacDonald House
· FACE (Free African Children Thru Education)
